The Airtime PIN is a group of numbers found on the back of your TracFone Prepaid Wireless Airtime card or the Airtime PIN code(s) found on your retail cash register receipt.
Add Another Airtime Card
To find your phone number.
  1. Select the "Menu" option on your phone.
  2. Select the "Prepaid" option.
  3. Select the "Phone Number" option.
Your phone number should be displayed on your screen.

A promotional code is a five digit number that entitles the bearer to participate in special programs or receive special offers.

Please note: Promotional codes are sometimes used in conjunction with other requirements (i.e. specific geographic markets) in order to qualify for the stated benefits.

International Neightbors

Set up Mexican Numbers

Get up to three Mexican local phone numbers (at no charge) which your family and friends can dial, and you will receive those calls directly on your TracFone in the U.S. You will only be charged regular TracFone Airtime rates.

Select the desired Country from the "Countries" drop-down list in the section below.

Select the Region from the "Regions" drop-down list. If the desired region is not listed, select the closest one to your family/friends location.

Click the "ASSIGN INT'L #" button.

A new international number will appear in the grid Please write down the international number assigned, and provide it to family and friends for them to call you. You are allowed up to 3 international numbers.



IMPORTANT:

Only three international phone numbers can be assigned per TracFone phone.

To delete an international number, please select it (click the round button besides it), and click the "UNASSIGN INT'L #" button.

A deleted phone number cannot be reassigned, so be careful.

If you have gone past your Service End Date and your service is deactivated you will loose your assigned International Neighbors Numbers and it will not be possible to obtain the same numbers.

If any of your International Neighbors numbers is not used for 30 consecutive days (receive calls through that number); that number will be removed from your account. You may request a new one at any time, but it may not be possible to get the same International Neighbors number again.
